Brass Monkey One is a version of a classic six piece burr puzzle.  A nice heavy puzzle; it weighs in at a hefty 1.75 pounds. It's well made and sturdy. The solid key piece contains a sprung stainless steel ball bearing which helps it click satisfyingly into place. Brass Monkey One is shown in the pictures both assembled and in pieces.

 

This puzzle is number one of a series of puzzles that look similar but have different assemblies.
